Richbell is a flat conversion in a postwar central London block. Archmongers were asked to unlock the living spaces of the flat and design built-in furniture. The plan was opened up by removing the wall between the kitchen and living room creating a double aspect light and spacious living space. Built-in seating and cabinets were designed to maximise effective use of the space and create pragmatic areas for various uses, essential in a small London flat. The project has a focus on a clean and sharp space offset with moments of exquisite details and beautiful materials. February 2014
